Personal Statement:

"I have specialized in foot surgery for the past 15 years. In 2014, I introduced modern minimally invasive foot surgery in the Czech Republic, a gentle approach that minimizes interference with tissues during surgery.

My interest in orthopaedics began during my medical studies, as it provides a comprehensive understanding of the musculoskeletal system and opportunities for broad interdisciplinary collaboration within medicine and technical disciplines.

Every doctor should understand the reasons that bring a patient to seek treatment and, based on this understanding, plan the optimal course of action, whether through conservative management or effective surgical intervention. Surgical procedures must be planned individually to minimize patient life disruption while achieving the desired outcome. I want patients to feel that their treatment was adequately planned and successfully executed."
