Aesthetic and minimally invasive foot surgery - Holíč
Personal Statement:
"Since primary school, I knew I wanted to become a doctor. My pursuit of medicine was driven by a simple desire to help others, a curiosity to understand the workings of the human body, and the opportunity to participate in its healing actively. After graduating, I quickly realized that trauma and orthopaedics are extremely challenging fields.
This work requires constant education, humility, and the ability to handle the pressure of responsibility. It brings both the joy of success and the bitterness of complications. The field of foot and ankle surgery is experiencing tremendous growth within orthopaedics and rightfully stands at the forefront of professional advancements.
Minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery represents pushing the boundaries of the profession and is a new challenge in my career. It is an elegant and practical approach to definitively resolving a patient’s problems. I believe that minimally invasive techniques will become the gold standard in the future, much like arthroscopic surgery for major joints is today."
