Postoperative Condition:
Images (4 Weeks After Surgery):
The big toe is straight.
Mild postoperative swelling of the forefoot persists.
There are four small scars on the inner side of the foot from skin punctures.
X-Ray: The corrected position of the big toe is secured with three titanium screws that remain inside the bone and do not need to be removed.
Postoperative Condition (12 Months After Surgery):
Image: At 12 months post-surgery, the forefoot completely recovers, and the big toe remains in the correct position.
X-Ray: Bones typically heal within 6 to 12 weeks after surgery.
Postoperative Care:
Following surgery, the patient could walk immediately using a special postoperative boot worn for 6 weeks. After this period, walking in regular shoes became possible.
